Your organizer can fix almost anything here
They can correct your email, release a ticket claimed by mistake, look up your code, or confirm your payment. Their phone number and email are printed on the back of your ticket booklet — and on the raffle's own page.
Claiming your ticket
- Where do I find my code?
- It's printed on your ticket — 8 characters, next to a QR code. Scanning the QR opens the same page with the code already filled in. The code never contains the digits 0 or 1, or the letters O, I or L, so a character that looks like one of those is really a zero-lookalike from the printed set.
- It says the ticket is registered to a different email.
- Your ticket was recorded to the email you gave the volunteer who sold it to you. Sign in with that address and it will claim normally. If they wrote it down wrong — or you'd rather use a different address — your organizer can change it in a few seconds. Their phone and email are on the back of your booklet.
- It says the ticket has already been claimed.
- Someone has already tied that ticket to an account. If that was you on another device, just sign in with the same email. If it wasn't you, tell your organizer — they can release the ticket and give it back to you.
- It says the code couldn't be found.
- Almost always a typo. Check for characters that look alike, and enter the code exactly as printed — capitals and lowercase both work. If it still won't go through, your organizer can look up the code for your ticket number.
Signing in
- My sign-in link never arrived.
- Check your spam or junk folder first — it's the most common cause. The link goes to exactly the address you typed, so a small typo sends it somewhere else; try again and double-check the spelling. Links also expire after a while, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
- I can't create an account at all.
- You don't need one to take part — your ticket is a physical one, and it plays whether or not you ever sign in. An account only lets you follow it online. If you'd like one and it isn't working, ask your organizer; they can confirm your ticket is recorded to you either way.
Your ticket
- It says my ticket isn't paid, but I paid.
- Your organizer records payments by hand, so there's usually a gap between handing over the cash and it showing up here. It doesn't affect your ticket — it still plays every game. Mention it next time you see them and they'll mark it.
- How do I know if I've won?
- You don't have to watch for it. At the end of each scoring period, the last digit of each team's score picks the winning ticket, and we email you if it's yours. Your ticket page also lights up the moment the score lands.
- How was my ticket's number chosen?
- By a fair draw you can check. Before any ticket was claimed, the raffle sealed a number-draw and published a fingerprint of it, so nothing could be changed afterward. Every raffle page has a “Check the draw yourself” link that re-runs the draw in your browser from the published seed.
